Shaping Up To Be A Good Week!

This is shaping up to be a good week!

This morning I was at 200.8!!
So far this week EVERY MORNING
the scale has dropped a little bit more!!
Coaching Cheerleading is giving me
great workouts during the week!
But not so hardcore that it hinders my weightloss.

I'm HOPEFUL that I just MIGHT
hit my goal of being BELOW 200 by August 1st
but I'm not holding my breath.

Even if I do not hit that goal
I'm still going to have a good
weight loss this week.
And for that I am grateful.

Week 28 and 29 Weigh In -

I didn't get a chance to post
last weeks Weigh In.
So here it is below:

Week 28 - down .4lbs. Ugh.
Week 29 - down 2.8 lbs

On Saturday I was down 3.2 lbs, 
but on Sunday (Weigh Day) the scale
had gone up a little. 
I am SO CLOSE to 
ONEderland!!!!

Woohoo!! 
I don't think I'll meet my 
August 1st goal of being
below 200.....

But I'll be VERY close!!!!

Week 27 Weigh In -

This week's Weigh In
was better than LAST WEEK's
but it still wasn't great. 

- 2.2 Pounds.

That puts me at 71.6 Total Loss so far.

Blah.

I was only down .4
But I did start TOM this week
so I'm retaining water Big Time.
