Ever Wondered What 1 Pound of Fat Looks Like?

THIS is what just 1 lb of FAT looks like.


I've lost 60.6 of these so far!!! 

Week 21 Weigh In -


I FINALLY got my Whoosh!!! 
I lost 4.8 this week!!!
Total loss so far 60.6!

I was up and down all week, 
so it was very frustrating.
Monday I was down nearly a pound.
Tuesday I was up a pound.
Wednesday I was down slightly
and Thursday I was up 2 pounds! 
Saturday I was at a 2.8 loss for the week
and this morning I had dropped another 2!! 


I hope it continues through out the week!

Week 20 Weigh In -

Yet another small loss.
Only 1 pound.

But a pound is still a pound.
And as my friend always tells 
me, That is 4 sticks of butter. 

I haven't had a chance to go
and get my measurements taken,
but I plan on doing that Tomorrow
or Wednesday.  I will update with my 
measurements as soon as I have them.

I'm hoping, even though my weightloss
has measurements will
show that I am losing inches steadily.

Week 19 Weigh In -

Week 19 was another small loss
only -1.4
Putting me at a total loss so far
of 54.8.

I have to admit I was 
a little frustrated.
But I'm glad to still be losing.

And every week, I consistently lose.
There has never been a week
where I HAVEN'T lost anything.

I've been thinking about possibly
trying the 4&2 plan on Medifast.
I'm currently on the 5&1.
(5 Medifast meals, and 1 Lean and Green)

On the 4&2, I will have 2 Lean and Green
meals and 4 Medifast meals.
I discussed it with my mom, who works 
for Medifast, and she said that I can
do the 4&2 plan, but I may not notice
a difference on the scales.

This week I finally had a decent
Weigh In.

-3.2 pounds!! 
For a total loss so far
of 53.4 pounds.

3X - 2X - XL

I was doing laundry today,
and while folding my husband's T-shirts
I suddenly got the urge to try one of his 
XL T-Shirts on, to see how close I am 
to being in an XL.  

IT FIT!!!!

I couldn't believe it!! 
When I first started Medifast
 I was in a size 3X!
I was still wearing some 2X 
clothes, but they were tight. 
And there I was wearing an 
And it FIT!!! 
I didn't have to stretch it out
like I used to do my 2X shirts,
it just FIT!! 
It really made me realize how
far I have come.
And you better believe
I am STILL wearing that 
T-shirt Now!!

Week 17 Weigh In -

This week I lost 1.4lbs.
Which brings me to a 
total loss of........

50.2 Pounds!!!

I was disappointed with yet
another small loss this week
BUT I am ecstatic at 
reaching my 50 pound goal!!!! 

And I weighed again this morning...
and I dropped another
1.8 pounds!!!
