Morning Naked Weigh In's


Unfortunately, I do not have an accurate Starting Weight. My first visit with my Surgeon back in August, I weighed in at 302 (fully clothed).   After that visit, up until my 2 week pre-op diet started in October, I took advantage and ate all the things I knew I would be giving up…. such as ICE CREAM!! I KNOW I gained weight those 2 months!! My clothes got tighter! When I went in for my Pre-Op visit, I had already begun my Pre-Op liquid diet… At that visit I weighed 299 (fully clothed) and they showed I had only lost 3 pounds. I like to weigh in first thing in the morning, naked, to remove any factors that effect weight throughout the day, such as clothes, water weight, meals, etc.

GENERALLY – my morning Naked Weigh Ins are about 2 pounds lighter than what I weigh on the Doctor’s scales fully clothed.  So I’m using 300 pounds as my “starting weight”
although, I know it had gotten higher than that. Unfortunately, there is no way to know what my actual starting weight was :(
