I have been sick since Monday.
As a result, I have not had any exercise this week....
At All.
It is now Thursday, and it feels like this cold is settling in my chest.
I really need to get some exercise in, and may try to later.....
but I feel like crap.
I'm a snotty nosed brat right now that doesn't WANT to exercise.
Or would it not be wise to do so?
Should I just push through it?
Or do I just rest up, in order to get well faster?
I have no idea how this will effect my weight loss this week.
This sucks.
I hate being sick.
