This week I lost 1.5 pounds.
That brings my total weight loss so far to 39 pounds.
39!
Soooo close to 40!
I try not to obsess too much about
the number on the scale.
My ultimate goal is a size. Not a number.
But for now..... it is hard not to.
That number shows me my progress.
It is a weekly incentive
(not daily anymore since my wonky scale is dead)
that keeps me motivated and focused.
I was SO looking forward to reaching
40 pounds lost.
<sigh>
But..... I will DEFINITELY reach it
